Cost of Transportation per student:    
a) One Way - $1,000.00 per school year (AM or PM)
b) Both Ways - $1,400.00 per school year

***Family/Sibling Discounts are available. Family or sibling discounts are not applied automatically and must be approved by administration before the discounted price is applied. Please inquire with the front office.***

Please review the remaining steps of the transportation process outlined below.

If you plan to have your son/daughter ride one of our buses, it will be necessary for you to complete the reservations form online. Payment will be made through your FACTS account.

We do not give door-to-door service. Please review the routes of pick-up locations and indicate your selection for student pick-up and/or drop-off. 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
Once a transportation contract has been processed, parents are responsible to pay for the entire year.  By completing the online form you agree to pay for the entire year whether or not your student continues to use this service.

Seats are sold on a first-come first-served basis. No refunds will be made for any reason after September 16, 2024. If there is any change in the bus schedule, the transportation supervisor will contact you sometime before school starts. For this reason, it is important that you indicate a telephone number where you can be reached.

We strongly encourage all students to actively participate in campus life and take advantage of the wide range of opportunities we provide. 

For your convenience, we offer the Activity Bus exclusively to students actively engaged in after-school pursuits. This service provides complimentary late-afternoon transportation with limited stops, catering specifically to those involved in clubs, athletics, after-school tutoring, and counseling meetings. To utilize this service, it is imperative that students remain actively involved in club activities or athletic endeavors. Please be aware that any misuse, such as loitering on campus, will be carefully monitored by the CGHS administration, and repeated violations may lead to the denial of further access to the service. 

• The Activity Bus only operates Monday through Thursday and departs campus at 5:30 pm. It does NOT operate on Fridays or on early release days. 
• Students using the activity bus can select from two routes: North or South. The bus does not offer door-to-door service.
• Advance reservation is required to ride the Activity Bus. Parents/Students that have not completed the online reservation will not be permitted to use the service.
• Seats are given on a first-come-first-served basis on any given day.
  
  Activity Bus Route & Schedule

1. Advance reservation is required.
2. Students must present their Student ID when boarding the bus. Upon entering, they must scan the QR code and sign in.
3. Students are to remain in their seat at all times.
4. Throwing objects outside/inside the bus is strictly prohibited.
5. Yelling or shouting will not be tolerated.
6. Students must be polite and courteous to bus drivers at all times. STUDENTS MUST FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIVES GIVEN BY THE BUS DRIVER.
7. The bus driver reserves the right to move a student’s seat if that student is acting in a disruptive manner.
8. There will be absolutely no tampering with bus equipment, doors, windows, gears, etc. at any time --- especially when waiting for departure.
9. Students must be polite and courteous to one another. No teasing or harassing.
10. Students must be prompt for all pick-ups (in plain sight of the bus driver) and departures.
11. The bus driver and director of transportation reserve the right to suspend a student from riding the bus. No refund will be given.
12. There will be no moving or touching anyone else’s property.
13. Pranks are strictly prohibited.
14. No eating, drinking, or gum chewing.
15. Students must be picked up and dropped off at the location originally requested. If the student is to be picked up or dropped off at a different location, a written request must be sent to the office in advance.
16. Only students who are under contract may use the buses. Friends are not permitted to use the school transportation.

Each student’s safety is of paramount importance to us, as we are sure it is to you. When reserving your child's seat, you agree to abide by all of the above school bus rules and regulations.

We clearly understand that infractions may result in suspension or termination of transportation services. I also agree that I am responsible for the yearly contract amount in full regardless of whether or not my son/daughter rides the bus for the entire year or terminates such riding for any reason whatsoever.
