Williams '14 Signs with Arizona Diamondbacks

Cardinal Gibbons graduate and University of Central Florida redshirt senior Chris Williams signed a free agent deal with the Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball. Williams will now report to the Diamondbacks' Pioneer League affiliate in Missoula, Montana.
At Cardinal Gibbons, Williams played on the varsity baseball team for three years, under coach Jason Hamilton. He served as captain during his senior season and was also selected as team MVP.
