On March 25th, we proudly celebrated three outstanding seniors who exemplify excellence in academics, leadership, community service, fine arts, and athletics. Congratulations to this year’s Pinnacle Award recipients—Daniela Arezina, Andres Gomez de la Vega, and Jourdan Brissett! Honored by the Broward County Non-Public School Association (BCNPSA), the Pinnacle Award recognizes students who leave a lasting impact through their dedication and character.

Daniela Arezina
Daniela is a dynamic scholar, demonstrating a remarkable passion and commitment to her
academics and service to her school and community. She has a flawless academic record,
consistently earning top grades and Honors in all subject areas and is an inducted member of National Honor Society. Equipped with a comfortable confidence, Daniela has maximized her leadership potential as President of Campus Ministry, Ambassador for the Reaching Souls through Soles Program and as a Student Volunteer at Memorial Hospital. With her unwavering dedication to service, her ability to inspire others, and commitment to fostering change, Daniela truly embodies the epitome of leadership.

Andres Gomez de la Vega
Andres is incomparable to the rest; a rarity, one who combines exceptional natural intellectual ability with a willingness and eagerness to learn. As a quintessential student, Andres has surpassed the expectations of a young high school scholar. Andres has distinguished himself in academics, clubs, sports, service and honor societies. He holds high ranking positions as President of Spanish Honor Society, Vice-President of Science Honor Society, Lead Tutor for Math Honor Society and is on the Executive Board for National Honor Society. In each role, Andres has gone above and beyond to distinguish himself as an effective leader. Andres’s many endeavors have shaped him, broadened his curiosity about the world around him and has stimulated his desires to set forth on his next journey through life.

Jourdan Brissett
Jourdan Brissett exemplifies the qualities of a well-rounded, disciplined, and hard-working individual. His academic achievements, leadership in extracurricular activities, athletic prowess, and commitment to community service make him a model student. He has been dedicated to the Varsity Football team for four years as a Defensive Back. Jourdan’s commitment to training, along with his exceptional sportsmanship on the field allowed him to effectively execute plays and contribute to the overall team performance. Quietly humble, hardworking, both an athlete and a scholar, and someone who brings people together by simply being him: this is what truly defines Jourdan Brissett.
