Former Cardinal Gibbons student-athlete and Class of 2024 graduate Jesse Hay, now an SEC college football coach at the University of Florida, returned to campus to speak with current student-athletes.

During his visit, Hay shared proven strategies for success, offering insight on how to effectively balance the demands of academics and athletics. He also emphasized the importance of developing strong leadership skills and spoke about the lasting life lessons and personal growth that come from participation in sports.

His message resonated with students as he reflected on his own journey and encouraged them to make the most of their opportunities both on and off the field.
