Faith and Family: CGHS’s First Silver Chiefs Grandparents Club Mass
Kristin Hanke

On Tuesday, April 16th, CGHS welcomed our Silver Chiefs Grandparents Club on campus to celebrate a special Mass in the Holy Family Chapel. Grandparents and their grandchildren enjoyed a beautiful Mass by Fr. Pedro to celebrate the Feast Day of St. Bernadette of Lourdes, and to come together as a Cardinal Gibbons family.

CGHS is proud to introduce the Silver Chiefs Grandparents Club! The Silver Chiefs Grandparents Club at Cardinal Gibbons High School is an opportunity to nurture and encourage the important relationships between grandchildren and grandparents, and become more present at our school. In addition to Blessings and Bingo Grandparents Day in the Fall, a special Mass will be offered for the members of the Silver Chiefs Grandparents' Club in the Spring. For more information on how to become a Silver Chief, please contact Margie Dettor at
