We are delighted to announce an upcoming change to the Cardinal Gibbons High School dining services. Beginning with the next academic year, we will be entering into a partnership with Sage Dining Services to bring a new level of excellence to our cafeteria operations.
This transition is rooted in our commitment to maintaining an unwavering focus on our primary mission—delivering exceptional education. For years, our school has successfully partnered with third-party service providers for essential functions like cleaning and security. We are now extending this practice to our dining services with Sage, a company with over three decades of experience in the independent school market, including local Archdiocese schools in South Florida.
The upcoming transition will be supported by minor cafeteria upgrades, funded by our Cardinal Gibbons Parent Association’s recent Annual Auction.
We appreciate the dedication of our current cafeteria staff and are pleased that Sage will be offering them opportunities to continue as valued members of our community, with potential for competitive wages and benefits.
