Bringing Our Mission to Life: Exciting Food Packing Event Ahead!
Kristin Hanke

Catholic Schools Week begins with a Food Packing event on Saturday, January 27th. Students can earn direct hours by assisting with setup, the event itself, and cleanup. We encourage your participation in serving those in need and bringing our mission to life.

We are in need of volunteers for the food packing event on Saturday, January 27th, with set up the day before on Friday, January 26th.  Please use the Sign Up Genius link below to volunteer for this event.  Please be sure to follow the instructions below:

  • All students MUST have the attached consent form printed and completed in order to volunteer.  If you are UNDER 18, a parent MUST sign it as well.  If you are OVER 18, you can sign it yourself.

  • If you are signing up to work at a food packing station and want your friends with you, sign up for the same station.  The station you sign up for is the one you will be assigned to.

  • The day of set up (Friday, January 26th) and/or the event (Saturday, January 27th) students will need to sign in and submit their consent forms.

  • Consent forms may be submitted prior to the event, please give them to Mr. Morris in the Main Office.

Attire:  Please wear a red CG shirt  - you do not have to wear your polo.  Students may wear shorts (at least fingertip length) or jeans (no holes please).  Although we are not in class, this is still a Gibbons sponsored event and appropriate attire is required.

If you have any questions or difficulties in signing up, please contact Mrs. Eichholtz.  We are looking forward to a great day of giving back!
