Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The Cardinal Gibbons High School Athletic Department is officially accepting nominations for its 2022 Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Class. The chosen inductees will be announced this coming fall, with the date of the official ceremony to be announced shortly.

It is imperative that you understand by nominating a person, you are attesting that you know this person is morally and ethically an outstanding individual.
