Lady Chiefs Defeat Raiders 3-1

The Girls Volleyball team defeated St. Thomas Aquinas 25-15, 18-25, 25-22, 25-16 tonight in the Gibbons gym. Katie Hillman had nine digs, eight blocks, 19 kills, and six service points. Leigh Andrew had ten digs, five blocks, 15 kills, ten service points, and one ace. Caiti Donahoe had 35 assists six digs, one block, one kill, and five service points. The match will be shown on TV on BECON: on Monday night (6pm), late Tuesday night (2am), and next Friday and Saturday (at both 10:30am, 11pm).

You can see it on Comcast (Channel 19), AT&T (63), satellite (63), or with an antenna (40). The girls also topped the Raiders (6-1) last season. Gibbons' Junior Varsity (4-2) won 2-1.  9/28/11
