It is a privilege to serve as a member of the Parent Teacher Fellowship. As a group we share the responsibility of volunteering for many events through the school year.
Our mission is to provide support for the school through fundraising, volunteering and provide a communication link between the parents and the school. By encouraging volunteerism and parent involvement, assisting with faculty, staff and student goals, and serving as ambassadors for the School within the broader community, the PTF helps promote excellence and a spirit of collaboration and cooperation.
The PTF is an organization consisting of parents from our school
community who help support the mission, events and fundraising
activities of our school. One of the main functions of the PTF is to
organize and execute fundraising events which provide additional
financial support. The PTF extends a warm welcome to all
CGHS families by encouraging participation in a wide range of
school-wide events including our wonderful Grandparents’ Day, our festive annual dinner auction and much more. Volunteers
are an integral part of our school community and generously offer
hundreds of volunteer hours to help support our school.
The PTF meets once a month September through April.
